This session was about the dark side of our bachelor project. We were talking about disappointments and nightmares regarding the project but also about the term of owning something.

My current abstract and research question:

We were given the task to reflect upon the outcome of our BA project with the following two questions:

Where would I be disappointed?

I’d be disappointed if I’m not able to let myself free from my own biases and assumptions. Additionally, I’d be disappointed if I’m not capable of letting myself out of my comfort zone. Another aspect would be if the project doesn’t reaches a broad community.

How could it end up in a nightmare? It would end up in a nightmare when I wouldn’t be capable of giving the children their voice they want and deserve to have. By having created a concept or a service, which doesn’t have a loud enough voice, would definitely be a big nightmare for me.
