In todays' session we talked about the topic of research. Especially on how to create research that appears to be joyful. For me personally what drives me the most is when there's a moment in the research process which surprises me. Coming across things I wouldn't have expected, motivates me to dig deeper or further. Having assumptions maybe proven wrong or make me look at another thing differently, leads to a good learning process.
Another aspect is of course working with other people. Regarding the bachelor thesis it's extremely important to collaborate with others. It often sounds easier than it is, I think. There are so many things that you have to be aware of while working with others. Questions such as what is the benefit for the others to participate in your workshop? How are you going to interact with them? How do I have to adapt my language to the target group? etc...

Another thing I definitely need to keep in mind is, especially in working in/with the field of Health Care: Don't disappear after the bachelor thesis!
